Terms and Conditions
The Internet bookshop Antiques Bookshop, which provides its services at www.personalism.pl, is managed by Personalism Association. The Association, with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Lipowa 11/1, post code 20-020, runs business activity and is listed in the National Court Register, nr 0000245694, Tax Identification Number 7122991449 and National Economy Register nr 060092550.
- The bookshop provides its services through the Internet.

- When an order is submitted, the Client receives an order confirmation e-mail. The dispatch begins:
- in case of cash-on-delivery orders (delivery by postman or courier) - when the bookshop receives the Client´s confirmation e-mail of the submitted order including all the arrangements, sent to
antiques@personalism.pl.
- In case of payment by wire transfer (PLN, USD, EUR) - when the bookshop receives the Client´s confirmation e-mail of the submitted order and the money reaches the Antiques Bookshop´s bank account.
- The payment (the order´s price and the shipping costs) has to be made within 5 days. After this deadline, unpaid orders will be cancelled and the ordered item (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) will be put back on sale. If the payment is made after an order has been cancelled, the Antiques Bookshop will:
- proceed to the shipping procedure, provided that the ordered item (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) is still in stock
- pay back, by wire transfer, the amount of money reduced by the cost of the transfer, to the bank account indicated by the Client, in case the ordered item (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) is no longer available.
- Every order is accompanied with a VAT invoice. It is issued when all of the items (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) ordered by the Client are ready to be shipped.
- The Client can make changes to the fulfilled orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. The Client can cancel a submitted order by sending an e-mail to antiques@personalism.pl or fax to (+48 81) 532 90 40. It is necessary to give the ORDER´S NUMBER, the name and surname of the Client and their ID in the shop. It is also possible to send such e-mail after having logged in to the shop´s site.
It is not possible to cancel any order once it has entered the shipping process. Every Client can review the details and status of any order they have placed after having logged in.
- Prices are given in polish zlotys and they include VAT. The price displayed by each item (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) is binding for the moment of placing an order. The bookshop reserves the right to change prices of the products listed (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.), introduce new products (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) to the online shop´s offer, introduce or withdraw discounts on the shop´s websites and to make any changes in them.
The shipping costs will be included in the order form. The method is chosen by the Client and also included in the order form.
- The package is dispatched within 2-4 business days. This is the time from placing an order until the dispatch date and it only includes business days.
- Delivery time = time from placing an order until dispatch date + shipping time
The package is delivered by:
- Poczta Polska - priority mail, shipping within about 2 business days
- Delivery by courier - within 1 business day
- The Client can choose between the following payment methods:
- to the courier or postman (cash-on-delivery orders)
- by wire transfer to the Personalism Association´s account:

- Items (books, works of art, manuscripts, etc.) available in stock cannot be returned. Faulty items containing defaults not marked in the technical description, for example missing or unprinted pages in books, may entitle the Client to return the item or receive a refund. The details concerning returns and refunds procedures shall be discussed with the Client individually.
- Books, works of art, manuscripts, etc. edited before the year 1945 CANNOT be dispatched abroad without an appropriate permission of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. If there is no such permission, the Antiques Bookshop will not dispatch the package abroad.
- Any litigation resulting from the herein agreement shall take place in the court of local jurisdiction of the defendant.
